We’re looking for experienced professionals in the tech industry who are passionate about guiding others and giving back.

Mentors need to have at least 5 years of experience in their field and some experience in mentoring or management.  

Our past mentors and mentees have come from all disciplines and various professional levels, including seniors, team leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, etc. so we invite everyone to apply. We will do our utmost best to find the best possible matches.

For reference, disciplines previously included in the program have been: product management, data science, data engineering, data analysis, management/leadership, UX/UI, marketing, product marketing, engineering, QA, entrepreneurship, and a few others.

As a mentor, you will volunteer to help a mentee who is looking to grow professionally by committing to 8 one-on-one sessions during the 4 months of the program.

This mentoring program connects industry experts with individuals seeking professional development.

Mentors guide mentees through their professional journey, helping them achieve their goals. In return, mentees make a donation that supports other non-profit organizations (and you get to choose which non-profit organization you wish to support).

This creates a win-win-win for everyone—mentees, mentors, and the community.

This is the 7th cohort of the program; after helping over 300 mentees on their professional journey and donating over 300,000 NIS to non-profit organizations, we are excited to expand our reach and support even more individuals and causes.

  • An amazing sense of satisfaction giving back to the industry while supporting causes in need. 
  • A mentee that has been matched with you, according to your and their goals and personal preferences.
  • An experienced program staff who will ensure everything is on track and is available for consultation and troubleshooting

  • 2 in-person meetups that will provide additional value, as well as an opportunity to expand your network and get to know fellow growth-oriented people, who also share your values of making a positive social impact.

In the past year, many non-profit organizations in Israel have faced severe challenges. A decline in donations has left them struggling to continue their vital work. 

As you volunteer to help your mentee, 90% of their participation fee will be used to help the various non-profit organizations we donate to and support those in need. 

10% will go to Give and Tech’s operational costs (we don’t take salaries, all of us are volunteers).

10% is allocated to cover operating expenses and future initiatives

  1. Apply to be a mentor before 10.05.2025
  2. If it’s your first time with us, after completing your application, schedule a 15-20 minute call with a staff member. The purpose of the call is to get to know you better to improve the chances of a successful match and make sure that everything about the program is clear.
  3. When a suitable mentee is found, we will send you their info and application. Upon your approval, we will let them know about the match, and they will make the donation to Give & Tech. 
  4. Before the program starts, we will hold an online preparation session for all mentors to offer guidance, set expectations, and ensure everyone is ready to start the program.
  5. Then, you’ll meet with your mentee for 8 one-on-one sessions to help them grow. 

The program starts on June 4th, 2025 and runs until August 13, 2025.

Registration is open until 10.05.25, after which we will no longer accept new candidates for this cohort. We plan to launch the next cohort in November 2025.

Pairings between mentees and mentors will be determined based on the mentee’s goals, and both mentor and mentee’s professional journey, current position, and personal preferences. Please share as much as possible in your application to ensure we can find the right match for you.

The application for the program doesn’t guarantee your participation. This depends on finding the right mentee and both parties approving the match.
