Mentors from Leading Companies:

A significant boost towards your professional goals and growth, with the support of a dedicated, personally-matched mentor, an experienced program staff who ensures everything is on track, and a community of like-minded individuals for a period of 4 months.

Your mentor will help you define, refine, and make progress towards your goals. They will be your companion throughout this journey, and dedicate ten 1-hour long one-one-one sessions – either in person or remotely.

The program also includes in-person meetups for the kick-off and program conclusion, that will provide additional value, as well as an opportunity to expand your network and get to know fellow growth-oriented people, who also share your values of making a positive social impact.

This mentoring program connects industry experts with individuals seeking professional development.

As a mentee, you will have the support of both a mentor and a community of like-minded individuals for a period of 4 months!

Mentees are matched with mentors according to their goals and needs, and gain access to 10 one-on-one sessions with their mentors. 

The mentors are carefully selected based on their experience and skills. They volunteer their time and expertise, and are truly invested in the success of their mentee. 

Mentors guide mentees through their professional journey, helping them achieve their goals. In return, mentees make a donation that supports non-profit organizations.

This creates a win-win-win for everyone—mentees, mentors, and the community.

This is the 6th cohort of the program; after helping over 250 mentees on their professional journey and donating over 250,000 NIS to non-profit organizations, we are excited to expand our reach and support even more individuals and causes.

Anyone in the tech industry seeking guidance with their professional growth. The best fit is for professionals who are looking to excel in their current role, move up in their field, change to something different or start a new initiative. 

Our past mentors and mentees have come from all disciplines and various professional levels, including seniors, team leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, etc.so we invite everyone to apply. We will do our utmost best to find the best possible matches.

For reference, disciplines previously included in the program have been: product management, data science, data engineering, data analysis, management/leadership, UX/UI, marketing, product marketing, engineering, QA, entrepreneurship, and a few others.

Your contribution not only supports your career but also helps make a social impact by funding vital non-profits. 90% of your participation fee will be used to help the various non-profit organizations we donate to and support those in need.

10% will go to Give and Tech’s operational costs (we don’t take salaries, all of us are volunteers).

The minimum fee for the program is 1000₪, but you choose how much you wish to donate.

90% of donations go to helping Israeli society 💛

10% is allocated to cover operating expenses and future initiatives

  1. First, consider what you want to achieve and apply before 14.11.2024
  2. After completing your application, you will be matched with the most suitable mentor for you. With your approval of the mentor, you will make the donation to Give & Tech. 
  3. After the match is approved, you’ll participate in a preparation session to help you on your growth journey.
  4. Then, you and your mentor will discuss your goals and prepare an execution plan.
  5. During each session, you and your mentor will assess progress, discuss insights, and strategize future actions to accomplish your goals.

The program starts on December 4th, 2024, and runs until April 2nd, 2025.

Registration is open until 14.11.24, after which we will no longer accept new candidates for this cohort. We plan to launch the next cohort in April 2025.

Pairings between mentees and mentors will be determined based on your goals, professional journey, current position, and personal preferences. Please share as much as possible in your application to ensure we can find the right match for you.

The application for the program doesn’t guarantee your participation. This depends on finding the right mentor and both parties approving the match.
