About the workshop
Understanding our users’ problems is the first step toward finding accurate solutions.
You will learn how to approach a work process, what questions to ask your users, and how to map their challenges (user journey).
Finding the best solutions is only possible when you understand the pains, needs, and desires of the users.
You will receive templates for all steps in the work process, survey, and interview.

What's included?
5 sessions of 3 hours on Zoom.
We will learn about the first stages of the work process: Brief, Define Target Audience, User Research (Survey & Interview), understand user needs and journey.
We will concentrate on finding solutions: research of interfaces (creation of ideation board), create desired User journey, mapping functionality, User Flow and wireframing principles.
We will talk about design principles, trends and Design Systems.
And a bit about Micro-copy.
We will discuss all the things you need to know to perform Usability Testing on your own.
The [Product – Design – Development] triangle is the heart of the product and we will learn how all the teams can work together in a truly agile way, to optimize work processes and achieve the most professional results. In the workshop we will deal with communication and creating two-way sync between the work tools and the task management tools, creating documentation and instructions in the field. We will practice working methods on top of the real tasks you have at work and create templates that you can adopt effortlessly.
