These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website giveandtech.org.il (the “Website”) of Give&Tech (Registered Association), association no.580683225 (the “Association”), located at Shaham 30 St, Petah Tikvah, Israel, and your relationship with us. Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions before using the Website as they affect your rights and liabilities. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website in any manner.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single entity, and the Association regarding the Website and the Content (as defined herein) and are in addition to any executed agreements you may have with us.

The Association respects the privacy of users of the Website.The privacy policy of the website is as follows (the “Privacy Policy”):
