We are looking for a talent to help manage the operations with the companies. By joining us, you will gain quality networking and open doors for new learning, impacting dozens of non-profit organizations and hundreds of students!
Responsibilities:
- Tracking companies interested in our programs and accompanying them through engagement with G&T.
- Overseeing and supporting all the administrative duties from the companies’ side and ensuring it will operate smoothly.
- You will help to build a network of recurring companies.
- Communication with the companies when needed – counseling and guidance
- Communicate with the rest of the team when needed
- Managing relevant timelines of the donations
- Broadcasting emails when needed using Mailchimp
- Assist with donations transparency
Qualifications:
- Attention for details
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Strong verbal and written communications in English and Hebrew
- Ability to work independently
