About the workshop

Understanding our users’ problems is the first step towards finding accurate solutions.
You will learn how to approach a work process, what questions to ask your users, and how to map their challenges.

Finding the best solutions is only possible when you understand the pains, the needs, and the desires of the users.

You will receive templates for all steps in the work process.

Who is it for?

Product managers, designers, entrepreneurs. Basically anyone who wishes to enhance their UX and research skills.

What will you learn?

  • Intro to UX work methodologies and practical methods that will allow you to use in your daily work process.  
  • A better understanding of the UX & design outcomes.  
  • You will be able to run by yourself user research (survey, interview) and usability testing.

Things you should know

Starting date 22.5.2024, Wednesdays, until (including) 19.06.2024 between 18:00-21:30.

1 session in person & 3 session at Zoom.

The workshop will be held in Hebrew

The sessions will be recorded and available offline for the participants (besides the last f2f session).

The last session is f2f (location in Tel Aviv, will be sent after registration), 1-3 sessions are online program using zoom.

The recordings will be available 30 days after the end of the workshop.

Who we donate in this workshop

What's included?

1 session of 3.30 hours in person
3 sessions of 3.30 hours on Zoom.

We will learn about the first stages of the work process: how to map challenges, target audience, user needs and User Journey, as well as User Research techniques (Survey & Interview). 

We will concentrate on finding solutions: research of interfaces (creation of ideation board), create desired User journey, mapping functionality, User Flow and wireframing principles. 

We will talk about design principles, trends and Design Systems. 

And a bit about Micro-copy.

We will cover everything you need to know about conducting usability tests yourself, whether one-on-one or through online platforms.
During the session, you’ll plan and run a one-on-one usability test.
