Mentoring is one of the most convenient and effective ways to share knowledge, a cool way to help other people interested in improving their skills, and also a way to grow yourself because the process of sharing knowledge is nothing less than growing!
Well, we decided to go ahead and widen the circles.
By sharing your knowledge you help not only the students but also raising funds to NPOs.

Give and Tech mentoring program
10 1:1
sessions
You will participate in ten one-hour long personal mentoring sessions with a mentee, either online or face-to-face.
3 F2F
meetings
We will have three meetups with insightful lecturers at the beginning, middle, and end of the program.
Motivated mentees
We only select mentees who want to improve their skills and grow. You get to approve your mentee before the program starts.
Significant impact
90% of the proceeds are donated to carefully selected non-profit organizations for whom the donations make a difference. The other 10% help us expand our activity
You can become a Give & Tech mentor if:
Sharing your professional strengths is something that appeals to you.
You have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant professional field.
You have at least 4 years of experience in mentoring or managing teams.
How does the Give & Tech mentoring process work?
This mentoring program aims to connect professional experts and individuals seeking support and guidance in their professional growth.
Mentees application
The journey begins with the mentee completing a questionnaire and indicating their goals from the program.
Matching
Our matching process is meticulous, taking into account both mentor and mentee preferences. Once the pair agrees, we move forward and the mentee makes the donation.ย
Set execution plan & KPIโ
With your mentee, you will decide on your execution plan and KPIs at the beginning of the program.
Measure, tune, replan
During each session, you and your mentee will assess progress, discuss insights, and strategize future action items to accomplish your menteeโs goals.
Donating
At the end of the program, the volunteers inform us to which of the participating NPOs they want to donate the proceeds from the program, according to the โGive & Tech volunteers donation protocol.
