About the Program
Why
This mentoring program connects industry experts with individuals seeking professional development.
Mentors are carefully selected volunteers who donate their time and knowledge.
Mentees receive personal guidance — and in return, contribute through a donation.
This creates a win-win-win for mentors, mentees, and nonprofit organizations.
What you get
- 8 one-on-one mentoring sessions with experienced industry professionals
- Mentors from diverse fields (product, QA, DS, UX, HR, business development, strategy, sales) and seniority levels (senior ICs, team leads, CEOs, entrepreneurs)
- Personal guidance tailored to your goals
- Smart matching based on your goals, background, and current position
- Access to a like-minded community throughout the program (June–August)
- 2 in-person meetups (opening & closing)
- Part of a proven program (7th cohort; 280+ mentees supported; 250,000+ NIS donated)
Who is it for
Being a mentee is a commitment — your mentor will guide you, but the work is yours.
This program is a good fit if you:
- Are actively pursuing professional development or a career change
- Have clear goals (or are ready to define them)
- Can commit time and effort throughout the program
- Are open to feedback and working with a mentor
When
The program Key dates:
Week of June 7 – Online preparation session
June 10 – In-person opening session
August 05 – In-person closing sessiony.
Importent notes
- Participation is not guaranteed upon application
- Sessions are scheduled directly with your mentor (typically weekly)
- The program team is available throughout the journey (including WhatsApp support)
- We periodically collect feedback to ensure the program is effective and valuable
- Mentees are encouraged to actively contribute to the community (e.g., sharing ideas, tips, or short talks)
How does Give & Tech mentoring process works?
1. Application
First, consider what you want to achieve and apply to the program before 26.05.2026.
2. Matching
Then, we approve the match with you, and you make the donation.
3. Set execution plan & KPI
At the beginning of the program, you and your mentor will decide on your goals and execution plan.
4. Measure, tune, replan
During each session, you and your mentor will assess progress, discuss insights, and strategize future action items to accomplish your goals.
5. 2 f2f group meetings
At the beginning and end of the program, we will have two meetups with networking opportunities and additional value.
6. Donating
80% of the proceeds are donated to nonprofit organizations- according to the “Give & Tech volunteers donation protocol”.

We are a non-profit organization and all of the activity is based on volunteers.
Participation in the program for a private mentee requires a donation of at least 1200₪.
Participation in the program for a business mentee requires a donation of at least 2400₪.
Sure! We provide a receipt for each payment.
Currently, no. But if both you and your mentor wish to continue meeting after the program ends, you are most welcome to do so!
