About the course
This course is a practical program for non-native English speakers working in global environments. The program focuses on real business conversations, confidence, and professional vocabulary. The course include:
- 8 live group sessions led by English communication coaches
- 1:1 weekly Zoom conversations with native or mother-tongue level English-speaking mentors from the tech world
- Focus on real workplace scenarios: team meetings, presentations, LinkedIn networking, interviews, and more
- A safe, encouraging environment to make mistakes, learn, and grow

The scheduling of the one-on-one sessions will be coordinated between the mentor and the mentee based on their mutual availability
90% of the proceeds are donated to nonprofit organizations

Starting on 05.08.25 the program will last for 8 weeks, every Tuesday evening at 18:00
It is an online zoom based program.
- Initial application – Once registration opens, you will have to submit your application.
Please note this doesn’t guarantee your place in the course, as we need to make sure applicants meet our minimum requirements for the course
- Application Review – We go over all applications and make sure they meet our course requirements.
- Donate and secure your place – Once you receive an email from us, you will have 48 hours to complete the registration and secure your spot in the course. The ‘cost’ of the course is a donation of minimal 1500₪. You will be able to choose how much you’d like to donate.
- Your donation – You can see the various charities we donate to in the ‘Who we donate to’ section of this page.
90% of your donation will be used to help these charities exist and support those in need, and 10% will go to Give and Tech’s operational costs
The association’s approach is that the donation is not a payment for the course (it is a donation and the course is a by-product), so there is no direct relationship between the number of sessions the student has had and one refund or another.
If we think the course is not for you after one or two meetings – we will return the full amount and check if it is possible to put someone else in your place.
Practice sessions and panels will be held in English.
Course donation is starting at 1500 nis
We offer three contribution levels for participating in the program: ₪1500, ₪1800, and ₪2100.

This isn’t just a course. It’s a contribution.
90% of all proceeds go to Israeli nonprofits supporting trauma survivors, women exiting prostitution, youth at risk, cancer patients, and animal welfare.
The remaining 10% helps us grow and reach more learners.
